A lawyer who knows your name, and your case
Weston built Finnjury around direct communication and the belief that an injury case should never make a person feel like a number.

The essential information
Weston Finn founded Finnjury to provide injury clients with direct, personal attention from the first conversation forward.
His approach centers on listening carefully, explaining what is known and what still needs to be investigated, and preparing each matter around the client’s actual circumstances.
Weston is licensed in Florida, Michigan, and New York and works directly with clients from the first conversation forward.

Why the work became personal
One family’s experience still shapes every conversation
In 2006, Weston’s father was seriously injured in a motorcycle crash. The recovery that followed showed Weston how one injury can change a family’s health, work, finances, and plans for the future.
That experience led him toward personal injury law, first through The Moto Lawyer and now through Finnjury. The practice grew, but the standard stayed personal: listen carefully, communicate directly, and prepare around the person whose life was changed.
